1. Terms and Conditions of Use and Acceptance

a. The service works under the terms & conditions, and the private policy of Hookoo app.
b. People who sign up at and use this app must be at the age of 18 and above. Membership service is void for forbidden age of people.
c. If you want to get this agreement in the non-electronic form, please contact Hookoo team in "Setting", through "Feedback".

2. Eligibility

All users of Hookoo must obey the rules below:
a. You must be at the age of 18 and above.
b. You must have a clean criminal record, such as sexual offense, criminal offence and etc.. Anyone who has been characterized as a sexual offense are not allowed to join this app.
c. Anyone who has been suspended or removed from the service are not allowed to join the service again.
d. You have the right to sign and enter into this agreement, you also have the right to abide all terms and conditions once you enter into this agreement.
e. You must not be the competitor of Hookoo, or using Hookoo for competition and commercial purpose.
f. You must be located in the United States, under the control of the United States, or you are a resident of any country in the United States.
g. Anyone who is on the commerce department's table of deny orders is also not allowed to enter this service.

3. Terms of Account

You can only create one profile for this service. Information such as telephone numbers, street addresses, URL, download links, multimedia, email addresses, and other contact information cannot be in your profile, comments and any connections made by this service. What's more, your last name cannot be in your profile as well. Other users can view your public information with your permission.

4. Terms of Termination

This agreement comes into force when you register at Hookoo or the moment you create an account at Hookoo. You can delete your account or stop using your account at any time, and for any reason, just following the instruction in "Setting" for detail information. Your account will be terminated or suspended without notice if you breached relevant agreement of this service, or for any other reasons. All terminated or suspended accounts are not be entitled to get a refund of any unused services from Hookoo. Hookoo team don't need to disclose the reason why your account is terminated or suspended. All terms and conditions of this agreement are still valid after your account is terminated or suspended for any reasons.

5. Terms of Commercial and Advertisement prohibition

The service of Hookoo is only for personal use. Everyone cannot use Hookoo service for other purpose, any contents including designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, software, audio files, and company name cannot be in every parts of Hookoo. This service also cannot use for commercial purpose, everyone cannot advertising or soliciting other user to buy or sell any goods and services. Any companies cannot promote any services or products here. Everyone cannot use any information that obtained from Hookoo for other use such as advertise, contact, selling and etc.. Other organizations, companies and business department are not allowed to use the service for any other purpose. We have the right to investigate or take legal actions to any illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the service, and other purpose to this service, such as collecting users personal information for other purpose, sending unauthorized email, information or links to the service.

6. Terms of Account Security

As a member of the service, you are responsible to keep the security of your username, password and other information of your account. Besides username and password, you are responsible for everything about your account, such as membership service, communication with other people, and any other paid service. How to keep security of your account:
a. If you find any unauthorized use of your personal information, such as your name, password, or any illegal behavior, report it to Hookoo team immediately.
b. Be sure to exit from your account when finishing a session. c. Don't use the account, information, profile, name, password of other users.
d. Be careful when enter your account from public or shared computers, make sure other people cannot view the record of your information on these computers. We don't need to take the responsibility for damage and theft of your name and password.
We suggest you to set a strong password which is not easy to break, your password can be consist of number and letter, don't set your password only in number or letter. Never use the same password on different sites, change your password for different services.

7. Terms of Interaction

a. All users are responsible for the interaction with other users. You should know that we are unable to check all users' criminal background and histories, you are responsible for your interaction with other users on Hookoo. It is impossible for us to inquire into all users' criminal background and histories, or verity the authenticity of all users' information. The Hookoo team cannot make any warranties to the conduct and compatibility with users at present and even in the future. Otherwise, Hookoo has the right to use users' record for criminal background check, sex offender register searches, and other criminal checks.
b. Hookoo is not responsible for the conduct of all users. As mentioned in this agreement, in any occasions, Hookoo company, and its related affiliates, partners, and companies do not take the responsibility for any losses or damages whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental. Hookoo company is also not responsible for death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages in the whole process. We suggest you to take necessary actions to protect yourself when communicate and interact with other users, especiallywhen you meet someone offline, or when you are asked to send money to other users. Before using the service, you need to careful read and agree to the safety tips and location service tips of Hookoo. You should know that we never make any guarantees, express or implies on anything relate to you and your ultimate compatibility. In order to protect yourself, you cannot provide any financial information such as your credit card and bank account information, to anyone else.

8. Terms of Your Posts

a. You are responsible for your posts, such as your published words, photos, links, chat, messages, video, text, profile, and all the content and information in your post. You are not allowed to post any information offensive, profane, threatening, inaccurate, obscene, incomplete,intimidating, harassing, abusive, racially offensive, illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates other people's rights such as including intellectual property rights, and the rights of privacy and publicity. You have to warrant that:
All information about yourself including Facebook account information that you submit when you sign up is real and accurate. You also have to correct and upgrade all inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false information that you offered.
You have the right to post and make comments on Hookoo.
b. You should know that Hookoo company can, but no obligation to monitor and check your conversations and posts.
Hookoo team is able to delete some some contents in part, and the only standard is whether it is illegal or break the agreement.
c. Posting content by the service, you automatically allow other companies, individuals, and other users to use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify and distribute the content of your post. You should warrant that any company use the content of your posting posting will never infringe or violate the rights of the third party.
d. Besides the 5 types of content above, there is a list of prohibited content in your content. You cannot post, display or upload the contents as follow:
i. Discordant content that leads to bigotry, hatred, racism, or physical harm that against any groups or individuals.
ii. Threatening, sexual harassing or intimidating other people.
iii. Ask for money from other people, defraud or ask for monetary payment.
iv. Junk mail such as spamming, phishing, trolling or other fraudulent activities.
v. False and misleading information, illegal activities, and any other illegal or defamatory activities.
vi. Infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of other people, such as other people's copyrights, providing computer programs or links illegally to other people, or providing pirated images, photos, audio or video, links to the third party.
vii. Containing video, audio photos or images of others without permission of others (or minors or legal guardians of minors);
viii. Contains restricted access pages such as password-only pages, or hidden images or pages (referring to pages or images not linked to or from another accessible page).

ix. Providing sexual, violent or other unlawful use of the data of others or obtaining personal data from persons under the age of 18.
x. Provide education information on illegal activities, such as the manufacture or purchase of illegal weapons or drugs, invasion of privacy, provision, dissemination or manufacture of computer viruses.
xi. Contains viruses, cancellation programs, Trojan horses, time bombs, worms, or other substances that are destructive to code, components, or equipment; xii. pretends to or otherwise distorts the connection, association or association with any individual or entity.
xiii. Provide information or data (such as internal information, proprietary information and confidential information) that you are not entitled to provide under law or contract or trust.
xiv. It interferes with normal conversation flow, causing the screen to "scroll" faster than other users can type, or negatively affecting other users' ability to communicate in real time.
xv. Obtain passwords or personally identifiable information from others for commercial or illegal purposes or disseminate personal data of others without their permission.
xvi. Organize publicity or promotion of commercial activities and/or sales without the prior written consent of the company, such as contests, sweepstakes, advertisements and pyramid schemes.
xvii. Apps that publish content that is excessively objectionable or crude or that violates the terms of service will be rejected.
xviii. The Webster dictionary defines pornographic apps as "explicit descriptions or presentations of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate pornography rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings" and these apps will be rejected.
xix. User-generated applications (such as chat roulette) containing frequently pornographic content will be rejected.
xx. The app must comply with all legal requirements wherever the user can use it. The developer is obligated to understand and comply with all local laws.
xxi. Apps that require, promote or encourage criminal or apparently reckless behavior will be rejected.
a. The company reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any person who violates these provisions, including deleting the offending communications from the service and terminating or suspending the accounts of such offending users.

You must abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the service, including all contents published through the service. You agree that the company may access, retain and disclose your account information and content, such as:
(i) Abide by legal procedures;
(ii) Execution of this agreement;
(iii) To respond to allegations that any content infringes the rights of third parties;
(iv) Responding to a user service request or allowing you to use the service at a later time;
(v) Protect the property, rights or personal safety of the company and users of the service.
b. You agree that any content you place on the service may be viewed by other users and by anyone accessing or participating in the service.

9.Activities Prohibited

By The Service If you abuse the service or misbehave or engage in illegal operations, including behavior or communications, occurring in the service, but involving users you encounter through the service. The company will have the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate the use of your account. The following is a partial list of service-related operation types that you may not participate in. The behaviors mentioned above include´╝Ü

a. Simulate any person or entity.
b. Request or solicit money or property from any user.
c. Contents prohibited by section 8 are sent on the service.
d. Track or harass any user.
e. In using the service, you express or imply that any statement you make is approved by us without our prior written consent.
f. Illegal use of the service or illegal conduct.
g. Access to the services in an illegal or unauthorized jurisdiction.
h. Require or use members to conceal the identity, origin or destination of illegally obtained funds or products
i. Use any robot, artificial intelligence tool, crawler tool, website search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic tool or process to retrieve, index, "data mining", or in any way or behavior copy or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the service or its content and its representation.
j. Collect the user's user name and/or E-mail address and/or other contact information electronically or otherwise for the purpose of sending unsolicited E-mail or building or linking to the service without authorization.
k. Interfere with or interfere with the service or the server or network or other device connected to the service.
l. Transmit to the service by E-mail or otherwise any document, material, code or any other material containing software virus or computer code, document or program designed to interrupt, destroy or restrict the function of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment.
m. Forge a title or otherwise manipulate an identifier to hide the source of any information sent to or through a service (directly or indirectly through the use of third-party software).
n. Any part of the "framework" or "mirror" services without prior written authorization of the company.
o. Direct any person to any other website for any purpose using meta tags or codes or other devices containing any references to the company or services (or any trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or slogans of the company).
p. By any means, including modifying, adapting, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decrypting, decomposing any part of the service, any content, software, program used on or for the service, or causing others to do so.
q. Publish, use, transmit or distribute (such as screen scraping) any content or information obtained from the service directly or indirectly in any way or medium, except in connection with your use of the service under this agreement.

10. Copyright Related Policies

You may not post, distribute or reproduce in any manner any copyrighted material, trademark or other proprietary information and content without the prior written consent of such proprietary owner. If you are convinced that your work has been reproduced and posted on the service in violation of copyright, please provide our copyright agency with the following information, but not limited to the above content:
a. Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to represent the copyright owner and the person acting on his behalf.
b. Provide a description of a copyrighted work that you claim to have infringed.
c. describe the location of the information you claim to have infringed on the service (and such description must be reasonable enough to enable the company to locate the information suspected of infringement, such as the website address).
d. Your contact information includes your phone number, email address and your address.
e. Your written statement indicates that you sincerely believe that the use in dispute is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or by law.
f. You make a statement under perjury stating that the information given in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
g. Notice of infringement claims should be made available to company's copyright agent via copyright@Hookoo.net or at the following address: copyright agent c/o casualx.net

11. Report Concern

If you wish to report any breach of this agreement by others (including members of the service), you may use the "report this profile" button or similar buttons or links on the service, or contact us here.

12. Automatically Renew Your Membership In The Service

12.1 In order to provide ongoing services, Hookoo will automatically update your membership plans upon expiration of your 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans.
12.2 By checking the box below and signing this agreement, you confirm that your subscription will be automatically renewed until you unsubscribe and your account will be bound by this agreement. Since you decide monthly whether to cancel your membership or automatically renew your membership, you only need to pay monthly.
12.3 As part of the automatic renewal process, the monthly fee charged to your account will be the same as the initial monthly fee charged to your account. However, the monthly fee may vary. You will be notified of the change through a notice posted on 3some's website that requires you to agree to the change by checking the box on the notice to continue your membership. If you don't agree with the change. You can terminate your membership by sending an email to ADMIN@CASUALX.NET. If you do not check the box on the notification to accept the change, 3some will terminate your membership.
12.4 During your membership of the service, if you do not want your membership to be automatically updated, please send an email to supposition@casualx.net And Hookoo will disable auto-update and terminate your membership. If your membership renewal is controlled by a third party, such as the APP STORE, Hookoo will provide you with guidance on how to cancel the automatic renewal function. Please note that in these cases, cancellation is a protocol issue between you and a third party that Hookoo cannot control.
12.5 If you are unable to receive the services under this agreement due to death or disability, you or your administrator may choose to waive the obligation to pay for the services provided that such services are not received prior to the commencement of your death or disability. However, if the doctor determines that your disability will last less than 6 months, Hookoo. Instead of canceling this contract, openoffice.org may extend the term of this contract by six months without charging you an additional fee.

13. Members have the Right to Cancel this Contract

You may cancel this agreement before midnight on the third working day after signing this service agreement electronically without any penalty or obligation, except weekends and holidays. If you wish to cancel this agreement within three days, please send a signed and dated notice stating that you will cancel this agreement or similar effect. This notice will be sent to: Hookoo, ADMIN@CASUALX.NET.

14.If you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and privacy policy, check the box below, which is how you will sign your electronic signature on this agreement.

14.1. By completing the registration process and checking the following boxes, as well as using Hookoo website, you have the right to represent and warrant that you are authorized and able to access this agreement, in so doing, at your discretion, and in compliance with all terms and conditions and privacy policies of this agreement, which may be amended.
14.2. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and the privacy policy as may be amended from time to time and agree to all the provisions contained therein.

15.Defending objectionable content or abusive users.

Any lewd, offensive, nude, copyrighted, child alone, racist, sexual scene and other photos and content prohibited by law or our service agreement are not allowed at Hookoo. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
